4 personal training sessions 

After attending your free trial session, all new members recieve four, 30 minute personal training session wtih our head coach.  In these sessions we:

  • ​Teach our basic CrossFit movements and terminology.
  • Emphasize skill development to ensure proper technique and safety.
  • Explain modification and scaling options for your current fitness ability.  


 

  1. Gradual introduction of impact and intensity through leveled workouts
  2. Exposure to our basic CrossFit movements and terminology
  3. Emphasis on skill development to ensure proper technique and safety
  4. Entry into ongoing CrossFit classes
